When you come to the Oyster Hut, this is the first thing you should do! The oysters are placed on the grill and grilled. You can eat the hot grilled oysters however you like. You can eat them as they are, or with soy sauce... You can bring your own condiments, so try them with your favorite seasonings! Try different things, like ponzu sauce, ketchup, Tabasco, or lemon juice.
